burning down the house.

So i have not been killed by my new hot yoga class, but it took a bit getting used to.. felt a bit dizzy at times in the beginning but then my body acclimated to it and i finished the class relatively well, but very sweaty. There are some poses i cant do yet but i'm sure after a few classes i'll get the hang of it. i really dig this stuff, i felt so good after the class and even better after a shower, haha.

i had a really odd dream last night, or series of dreams. it ended with me driving home to my apartment, which oddly enough was in a different complex than it's in now, and all the apartments leading to where the driveway was were on fire. like not just fire, but FIRE that reached up into the sky(about another 100 feet!!) and was creating a hot 45-60 mph wind. people were getting their hair blown all around and they were still trying to get their things and leave the apartments, there was one part that had collapsed to reveal a group of people on a balcony waiting for an elevator that i'm assuming still worked even though the buildings were all consumed with fire. it was really odd. then i got to my place, parked on the street outside(in reality we have a lot where i park, not a street), and went to go upstairs and saw that jessica alba (???) lived downstairs and her family was huge. they were hanging out having lunch on the grass and watching the fires in the buildings across the street.. i went inside my apartment and talked to J who was not the least bit worried that the whole other side of the street was on fire. so then i was sitting there contemplating crating the cats and taking some stuff out to the car, but he just sat there on the computer like nothing was happening. so strange!! i think it must have been my subconscious relating it to the hot yoga classes.. otherwise shouldnt people not be hanging out in a firestorm like it's nothing?

back to the hot yoga class tomorrow. i have sore muscles, but overall i feel good. a bit tired, but thats a common reaction to the hot yoga classes, when your body is detoxing. (or so the teacher told me)
